Would you like to implement and manage our new security agenda at Arla locations across the world?

Therefore, we have developed the OneSecurity (at) Arla programme to standardise our international asset security and simplify the landscape of security systems and suppliers. As our new security project manager, you will refer directly to the Head of Global Security and take full responsibility for managing the OneSecurity (at) Arla project.

About the job

Joining Global Security, you will spend the first couple of years further developing the OneSecurity (at) Arla project and ensuring successful implementation at the sites. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with our primary security supplier Securitas and other external partners as well as global and local internal stakeholders. After successful implementation, you will continue to support and maintain the programme at our locations.

This means that you will:

• Be responsible for managing all aspects of the OneSecurity (at) Arla project including cost management and compliance with the delegated security budget
• Collaborate with the strategic management of Global Security and Supply Chain, local site directors and managers to ensure that best practice is implemented with respect to local end user demands
• Complete security assurance and audits and ensure that we comply to OneSecurity (at) Arla, the Arla Foods Code of Conduct and Duty of Care
• Keep track of security-related trends and developments and build networks with external partners with regard to sharing best practice on the security area

As this is a global role, you can expect to travel approx. 60-80 days a year to our locations, primarily across Europe.

Who are you?

For this role, we are looking for a highly experienced project manager with a background and interest in security. You are a brilliant communicator both when it comes to facilitating collaboration across teams, functions and borders and presenting complex concepts to top management. You are highly proactive in your approach to problem-solving and a trusted partner to your colleagues. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience working across multiple domains of security, e.g. police, military or the security business
• At least 5 years of documented successful project management experience, including coaching and consensus building, where you have effectively managed resources to address competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
