About the department

Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), situated in Hillerød, is a project organisation comprising more than 250 engaged employees. We collaborate with Device R&D to create robust devices. We develop simple & robust processes to ensure high quality, low cost and short lead time and we continuously improve products and processes in collaboration with our stakeholders worldwide. The position is a part of the “laboratory support and statistics” team in Hillerød, and is anchored in the Pilot Operations team, that handles all operational activities of pilot and low volume devices related to purchase, planning, quality control and metrology, production as well as pack and delivery. You will have 13 new colleagues in the team, including Technicians, Engineers and specialists, who are dedicated to deliver test documentation that, ensure the authorities’ approvals of assembled Devices.

The job

Overall, you focus your efforts on the development and writing of protocols and reports for authority approval. You will be the pivot in the team regarding test requirements and methods as such you will have close collaboration with testers and test coordinators. Naturally, you focus on ensuring that we deliver tests of the right quality and in due time. It will be your job to translate the product requirements into verification tests, just as you forward ideas on improving the way we work and implement the initiatives accordingly. Besides working with your colleagues in the production, you can foresee a surface of contact which spans colleagues in e.g. Regulatory Affairs, QA and R&D functions. The position is a 24 months temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment

 

Qualifications

Your background covers a degree in Engineering or similar combined with experience with testing. In your career you have acquired knowledge of test standards and equipment and become used to working in a GMP-regulated environment. You care for details in your work without losing your general view, and you have strong analytical skills. On a personal level, you are known for your open attitude and for taking a proactive approach towards challenges. Due to your strong interpersonal skills and communicative approach, you excel at motivating colleagues towards realising the shared objectives. Moreover, you have a strong command of English allowing you to prepare documentation in a fluent technical language.
