Find and develop the next new play experience Right now, we have 2 open positions: an Associate Marketing Manager within the preschool Front-End team and a Marketing Manager within our Front-End team on Girls aged 5-12. As Associate Marketing Manager, you will gradually be taking on more responsibility in supporting the Marketing Lead, while, as Marketing Manager, you are expected to be a driver of specific projects and tasks in a team of professionals. You will both join a team of marketing professionals and work closely with designers, project management, insights teams and marketing agencies. Based in our headquarters in Billund, your mission is to tweak existing business models and to identify new business opportunities. In doing so, you will: Find and map relevant needs, trends and global mega trends within technology, behaviour, communication and play experiences in general as well as monitor competitive moves Create briefs for our global team of insights professionals to drive our own field or desk research to ensure that global ideas and future concepts are validated through consumer research Develop an innovative range of seamless product & marketing experiences to secure a strong portfolio pipeline Ensure early clarification and end-to-end consideration of proposed operating model and preliminary business case Secure strong internal and external collaboration with key stakeholders to facilitate an effective development process and end-to-end feasibility Changing the world - brick by brick Through our products, the LEGO Group makes a positive impact on more than 75 million children across the globe. Marketing professionals with a strong innovative skill-set In either of the positions, your approach to changes is crucial to your success. You will on various levels be challenged on your ability to adapt to new information or adjusted project scope and briefs. You should be able to keep a cool head, stay energized and think outside the infamous box in order to fuel the passion of the bigger team. Moreover, you: Hold a minimum of 1-2 years of experience (for the Associate Marketing Manager) and a minimum of 3-6 years of experience (for the Marketing Manager) from an FMCG company, an agency or a start-up where you have been in touch with innovation, marketing, product or communication development Hold a Master in Business or Marketing Have international experience from studies or work, allowing you to navigate in global mind-sets and cultural differences Speak and write English effortlessly Ideally, have an entrepreneurial mind-set and experience with the target group (girls aged 5-12 or preschoolers/parents) Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate while having fun.
