Description Radiometer strengthening R&D activities to ensure a strong high quality portfolio of new blood gas analyzers. We are developing the leading technologies of the future analyzers and therefore need the best in class hard ware design to ensure an outstanding UX, robust design and the fastest test time ever. As our new test manager you must drive the testing from concept to final verified production at Radiometer. You will be heading a test team of 4 test designers. The team works closely together with R&D, QA and reliability and reports directly to the program manager. The job To become successful, you must be enthusiastic and feel strongly for test engineering and excellent designs, and you enjoy sharing your passion with your colleagues. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Team management for planning, prioritization and coordination of test activities •Combine theory with practical and systematic execution •Develop and design own test constructions taking other engineering disciplines into account •Validate test equipment and ensure it is maintained •Cooperate with external test houses •Participate in improving the current test methods, and ensure that the optimal HardWare Engineering methods and procedures are implemented across the team •Reporting status and test findings •Secure effective use of modeling (Creo), simulations, solid tolerance calculations etc •Keep up-to-date with new technology and make recommendations for the Test and HW Engineering tool-box and processes •Cooperate with R&D groups (involving frequent travelling) for support and implementation of a fast reliability growth cycle (SDR) •Give latest lesson learned input to new programs •Review and give feedback on new concepts •Give as much information to R&D as possible for future development and to ensure the Radiometer quality standards are accomplished You should expect and enjoy travel activity app. 60 days per year. Qualifications Practical experience is essential. At the moment you are most likely working as a test manager, either within the industry or working as a consultant. If you possess most of the following formal qualifications, you might be exactly the person we are looking for: •HW Engineer (B.Sc./M.Sc.) •English is a requirement; Danish would be a benefit, fluent Polish •Solid experience with planning and driving x-functional teams •Solid practical and hands-on experience with testing of HW constructions, preferably from measuring systems or precision mechanical motion systems •Experience with dynamic and kinematic analysis of motion systems •Experience in Creo or similar 3D system •Knowledge of electronic, SoftWare and pneumatic systems •Experience with modeling and tolerance analysis •Experience with Quality Assurance •Basic statistical knowledge •Experience with interface analysis of total construction •Experience with statistic tools SAS jmp, Crystal ball •Experience in statistic methods for test rationales •Experience with fatigue analysis •Experience with reliability engineering: the test manager is expected to become a reliability ambassador for S41/S48 departmen
