Having strong competencies in Drug Delivery and Medical Devices is a strategic priority for NNE Pharmaplan. We are looking for medical device technology partners who have worked with complex medical device solutions for years and have in-depth knowledge of what it takes to develop a robust patient-centric solution that is suitable for high-volume manufacturing. Also, in-depth experience in all design stages and insight into the complexity of the supply chain needed to bring devices to the market would be an advantage. Your Job Our Technology Partners are the backbone of our Global Drug Delivery Design Team. They participate in the early dialogue with our clients in defining scope of work and aligning expectations. The Technology Partners outline the design brief and drive the design work in a close cooperation with the project managers. Technology Partners are our Subject Matter Experts and are able to combine practical experience and theoretical approaches when developing concepts, early stage prototypes, and data-driven analyses and problem solving. The job includes overall responsibility for leading proposal development and execution of product development and sustainment activities for clients. Participation in business development activities and mentoring personnel is also expected. Furthermore, we expect that you have the potential to be our future Senior Technology Partner with the skills and desire to mentor our young talents. Your Qualifications We expect that you are actively engaged in the international society and network for medical device development and have experience from working with international clients. Experience with developing intellectual property is an advantage. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science and an advanced degree is a plus. Furthermore, you will typically have 8+ years of experience within the field of medical devices/drug delivery. We are looking for candidates who are flexible with regards to travel and willing to go the extra mile to find the right solution. General characteristics: •Fluency in English, other languages is a plus •Proficiency in FDA (21 CFR part 820) and EU (ISO 13485, ISO 14971) regulations •History of ensuring GMP compliance including: input requirement development, maintenance and review, Formative and Summative studies, clinical validation, traceability matrix from design input through V&V testing, SOPs, manufacturability, and CAPA processes •Concept and prototype development skills •Pharmaceutical and Biotech drug delivery experience is a plus, e.g., needle, dual chamber and injector development •Vendor qualification and management skills Contact For further information, please contact Carsten Bech Vice President for Drug Delivery, +45 30751818 or Stephen Fournier, Senior Technology Partner, +45 30754947.
