Are you looking to join a growing team in a new and exciting division of a global company?
Joining GN Advanced Hearing Protection, you will contribute to more than simple product management.
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to work within the United States working to achieve sales growth and hearing protection sales while building, growing and maintaining customer relationships in the U.S. market.
This involves achieving sales quota, preparing an annual territory business plan and managing account opportunities in CRM database to accurately reflect current opportunity pipeline. The Territory Sales Manager will regularly travel to customer sites to develop and manage the relationships while demonstration experience in organizational leadership, project management and DoD acquisition.
An ideal candidate would:
• US Department of Defense tactical radio experience
• 4-year college degree
• 5-7 years experience
• Exemplary platform skills
• Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access.
Key responsibilities for this role:
• Achieving hearing protection sales quota maintaining customer relationships as a means of growing current customer's business
• Preparing an annual territory business plan.
• Manage account opportunities in CRM database to accurately reflect current opportunity pipeline.
• Regularly travels to customer sites to develop, manage the relationship between the organization and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals.
• Demonstrate experience in organizational leadership, project management, and DoD acquisition.
• Develops tactical and strategic direction for market opportunities and presents a compelling analysis for capturing business.
• Maintaining proper professional standards of behavior and decorum as a representative of the company when communicating with customers, coworkers and representing GN at national, regional and state professional meetings.
