Job ID: 228572 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time The Offshore Engineering department has grown quickly over the past 5 years and is in the process of expanding responsibilities.Therefore, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager to define and implement high-impact organizational development projects in the areas of strategy, organizational learning and process improvement with the aim of professionalizing and enabling us to deliver as promised. As our new Internal Project Manager, we expect you to identify, scope, align and manage internal projects in order to execute the department’s strategy and provide executive assistance to the department management. What are my responsibilities? • Defining and leading high-impact process improvement projects • Ensuring compliance with the company’s internal management system • Implementing Lean principles and culture • Driving and executing organizational learning initiatives, e.g. Lessons Learned • Implementing strategic internal projects and provide executive assistance to department management What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant Master’s degree combined with experience from a fast-growing industry, preferably the wind industry. In addition, you have a proven track record of managing cross-functional and international projects. You are an experienced professional with 7+ years of relevant work experience, with strong process improvement and change management skills. Consulting experience and methodologies are a strong plus. You also possess leadership and communication skills, which enable you to formulate and communicate vision, strategy, and goals. As a person, you are highly self-driven and structured. You have a natural interest in improving the environment, systems, and tools around you, and are able to engage and convince others for your projects. You are strong at seeing your projects through to the end. Finally, you are a strong communicator with excellent English skills, orally as well as in writing. What else do I need to know?
