We are organised in a project centric organisation in addition to a large device innovation area of experts, providing state-of-the-art knowledge across projects. About the department Secondary Packaging and User Communication is a part of the Device Innovation Support area in DRD. We are a group of 10 highly dedicated and committed employees with a shared passion for user communication and secondary packaging. It is our responsibility to develop user communication materials and new packaging solutions for Novo Nordisk medical devices, ensuring correct and safe usage of our products. The position Your primary responsibility will be to develop user communication materials for our device development projects. The responsibility includes developing and maintaining user instructions and instruction videos for devices and container closure systems, providing an easy understanding and safe use of our devices. You will work closely together with design agencies, coordinate reviews and reach agreements prior to approval. You will participate in device development projects from the early stages and deliver timely, high quality input. This entails that you will have close cooperation with the device development team and other stakeholders. Qualifications You have worked with user communication for minimum of 3 years. Ideally, this has provided you with solid experience with more than one of the following topics: project management, development of user communication materials, insight in human factors, Good Documentation Practice (GDP) within the Pharmaceutical business, cooperation with design and communication agencies plus experience with development of secondary packaging. You have a relevant academic background within communication. You write and speak English at a professional level. You are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills and your collaborative attitude. You have a high personal drive, a can-do attitude and used to working with changing priorities. You are structured, thorough, result oriented and like to document your work. You have a good technical understanding, a quality mind-set and used to handling multiple stakeholders at the same time.
