Then you might be the new Supply Chain Consultant we are looking for at Danfoss Residential Heating. Optimisation and Development As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will become part of a proficient and determined team, where your skills and knowledge will be fully utilised and further developed. In close collaboration with seven factories, your main area of responsibility will be analysing, supporting, developing, and implementing the planning concept and processes across the global Supply Chain. Overall, you will work to further develop the planning and inventory management competences and work methods in order to ensure an alignment in all factories. Furthermore, you will participate in larger cross-divisional projects within the Supply Chain area. Other tasks include: •Implementing and governing demand planning concepts on all factories, ensuring that Danfoss delivers on inventory and service level targets •Ensuring that the Residential Heating concepts are handled and taken into account in the future SAP solution •Root cause analysis and Supply Chain controlling •Supply Chain process improvements Your key success criteria will be reduction of stocks, improvement of the service of delivery and growth of business. Excellent communicator with extensive experience You hold a relevant educational background with a Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or the like, and you have experience with development or implementation of logistics concepts and ERP systems (preferably SAP). You have a proven track record within project management and are able to gain respect at all levels in the organisation. Furthermore, you are very analytical, and you thrive in an environment where performance and execution are central, and where goals are expected to be reached. On a more personal level, you are robust, innovative and service-minded, and you have a strong will to succeed. With your excellent communication skills and ability to communicate throughout the organisation, you are able to meet people at their level and accommodate the differences and diversities you encounter.
