For our Offshore PLM Platform department we are looking for a Senior technical project manager to join our 7MW team. You will take ownership in introducing new products from the R&D portfolio into the market and company value chain. You will be working with motivated colleagues and deliver results through providing strong product management leadership to the organization. What are my responsibilities? Responsible for a dedicated product area to secure successful product scoping and introduction towards projects in sales and executions phases Close alignment with sales and customers on product introduction – e.g. through product training/ -presentations and participation in sales due diligence programs Conduct commercial and technical Risk management for products within own responsibility Key role in collecting, prioritizing and scoping turbine upgrades and improvements Support scoping and execution of measures to reach target product cost and target product availability Secure progress in new R&D product development projects by providing transparency for escalation and decisions Facilitate alignment between Product development process and customer contracts What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a B.Sc. in Engineering or similar relevant education A minimum of 3 years experience within product development and/or Engineering processes preferably from the wind turbine business You understand the full product value chain from a technical point of view Preferably, you have experience from R&D, Technical Sales, Technical project management or similar within the wind business You have solid project management experience You have outstanding communication and presentation skills and hold a strong customer mindset You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
