For our Global Supplier Quality CAPA department we are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Management for Electricals. The department has the overall responsibility for securing that suppliers meet Siemens Wind Power’s product requirements as well as corporate responsibilities. What are my responsibilities? · Leading a team of SQE’s. · Prioritizing the use of resources supporting the overall operational and strategic goals within Siemens Wind Power and the decisions made in Supplier Quality management. · Supporting the overall operational and strategic goals of Siemens Wind Power and the Supplier Quality Management department. · Supporting and developing suppliers in achieving quality goals of delivered parts. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Experience managing teams. · Knowledge and experience with APQP/PPAP, 8D, non conformity handling, FMEA and ISO9001. · You have a good understand of technical concepts in daily communication. · You take initiative and responsibility while being resourceful. · You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and networking skills. · You are fluent in English both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
