Are you looking for a student position in an international environment, where you will have a great opportunity to build strong stakeholder management skills supporting LEGO® Education’s competitions team?The job is approximately 10 hours pr. week within normal office hours. We are flexible around your working days and understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies but ideally you will be 2 days a week with the Competitions team in Billund.

Job tasks will be both within daily on-going tasks as well as ad hoc projects.

They could be:

- Effectively communicate to link ordering processes

- Working with multiple data sources

- External and Internal Stakeholder management across functions

- Problem solving related to supporting partners around the world reg. shipment, ordering etc

- The job is approximately 10 hours pr. week within normal office hours. We are flexible around your working days and understand the importance of the balance between job and your studies but ideally you will be 2 days a week with the Competitions team in Billund.

Are you ready to gain experience in stakeholder management in a unique Global Community?

The student worker will provide a range of high-quality administrative services to support the effective ordering processes of our global Partners and internal stakeholders. This includes coordinating orders and communications on dedicated timely basis for partners to fulfill a successful competition season. The student worker is also responsible to support the competitions team for planning and executing the yearly Partner Conference and other practical tasks in different projects within the competition season.

Do you have what it takes to join our team?

• You have 1-2 years left of your studies in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar.

• You have a strong interest in structure and have a fair knowledge of using the MS office tools – especially Excel.

• Strong English skills are a prerequisite, both verbally and in writing as it is not only the official company language but also the language we use in all the communications in our Partner community. Other languages are a plus but not a necessity.

• You are a strong collaborator and enjoy working across multiple regions where you are expected to show strong service minded decorum when working with the different stakeholders.

• You like working in a multi-cultural team atmosphere and are ambitious, goal oriented, show engagement and demonstrate positive thinking and a have can-do attitude.

• You see great challenges in being tasked with different type of working areas, learn from them and contribute to their solution.
