THE DEPARTMENT

The QHSE department consists of 5 employees, working at our headquarters in Allerød and provide support and advice worldwide with regards to Quality Assurance, Quality Management and HSE Management. You will be a part of a well-functioning and dynamic team.

THE POSITION

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain processes and other documentation compliant to ISO45001, ISO14001 and other applicable standards in the Management System
  • Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001)
  • Validates solutions and suggestions against standards and legislation
  • Monitoring, reviewing and analysing all HSE related incidents including trend analysis
  • Coordinate and assist in accident investigations
  • Authoring reports
  • Communicate and further develop HSE campaigns
  • Train employees

THE CANDIDATE

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

  • Formal HSE qualifications (working experience of 1-2 years)
  • Lead Auditor in ISO45001 and/or ISO14001, preferred
  • Knowledge with the Danish Occupational Health and Safety Legislation
  • Knowledge with environmental approvals according to Danish Legislation
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Structured, detail oriented with analytical approach to the tasks at hand
  • Self-driven
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes
