For our Order Management – Projects team we are looking for a new colleague who will support us and our customers, the wind projects around the world, for the next year while one of team members is on maternity leave. Order Management – Projects handles sales orders to the projects and purchase order to Operations/Production for Main Components and Site Parts. What are my responsibilities? · Handle orders in SAP for projects, which are assigned to you, in cooperation with the rest of the team. · Have a central function and contribute to the “big lines” in a complicated logistics system. · Communicate with internal interfaces and customers in English and Danish. · Live up to processes and compliance standards. · Keep project records updated for Order Management scope. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Have experience with logistics and/or handling of sales or purchase orders. · Show team spirit and be a great colleague. · Be structured in the routine work. · Be persistent in solving sudden upcoming issues for your projects. · Identify yourself with terms like coordination skills, accuracy, diplomacy, flexibility and a sense of humor. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
