As from 1st May 2014 our Training Department within our Service Organization is looking for an experienced, efficient and committed employee for a maternity cover who is excellent in planning, project co-ordination and customer service. We are working with training for our wind turbine technicians and have a great responsibility in ensuring that we have the right competencies for erecting wind turbines. What are my responsibilities? You will be processing our cases, have customer contact, communication and information tasks. More specifically: · Project management of on-site training. · Co-ordination and planning of training equipment for training courses in primarily Asia and Australia. · Customer support regarding internal and external order inquiries for Technical and Safety courses. · Support and planning of instructor resources. · Preparation of internal contracts and price estimates. You can expect a challenging working day in an international environment where you will get to meet with people from many different countries. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are an administrative assistant specialized in management or hold a BA in business communication and preferably have experience from a stay abroad. · You are an administrative all-rounder, capable of keeping track on many assignments at the same time without losing the overview of things. · You are a strong communicator in English and Danish and have in depth knowledge of the office package. · As a person you are strong and find strength in following a project from start to the end. · You are positive, outgoing and very flexible. · You work independently and take responsibility. · You are proactive and work with much structure. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
