If so, then you could be the Area Service Manager we are looking for. Responsibilities For a new position we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Area Service Manager for KK Wind Solutions Service. You will be reporting to our Field Service Manager and have management responsibility for our 27 Technicians in Denmark (18 travelling technicians and 9 technicians working on local sites in Denmark). Your main responsibilities are: Keep the team in the department highly motivated through enthusiastic leadership Participate in resource planning, recruitment and onboarding Close dialogue with customers Managing and developing competencies for the Technicians Weekly approval of hours and expenses Invoicing to local sites Responsible for a strong safety culture You must expect 2-3 travelling days monthly (primary in Denmark). Your profile You have an electrical background and have experience working on wind turbine sites. You have min. 3 years of experience in leading employees (preferably experience with travelling technicians) and you have knowledge about local and collective agreements (e.g. Industriens Overenskomst). As a person you are an excellent communicator and are able to successfully motivate and lead your team. You are very safety conscious, have a strong dynamic drive and you thrive taking responsibil-ity and achieving results. You motivate your employees in a proactive, informal and solution-orientated manner and have the ability to build strong working relationships globally and across cultures. In addition to the above mentioned, you are fluent in written and spoken English. All our written communication and team meetings are in English. You have some experience working in service management systems and are an experienced user in Axapta.
