We are looking for a Norwegian or Danish speaking colleague for Customer Services, the settlement team. The team handles all types of back-office tasks, they talk to customers and look into process optimization and participate in projects. We operate in a lively environment with close collaboration with Business and IT.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Settlement handling
- Customers issues
- Missing and incorrect settlement
- Negative balance
- Return of revenue
- Loss cases
- Subscription payments and adjustments
- Advisory and transaction lists to Merchant
- CVR closure
- Bookkeeping

Your professional qualifications include:
- University education/degree or
- Experience from the banking industry
- Knowledge of it at a user level
- Customer experience
- Structured and ambitious
- Experience with process optimization and change management
- Good at prioritizes task and have a good overview
- Project experience
- MS Office and specific Excel

- Professional in the Norwegian or Danish language
- You have a high level of productivity
