Danfoss is looking for a Service Management Business Consultant capable of supporting our entire One ERP project. You will be working in our Quality and Service Management team, responsible for helping One ERP team members get their request for system changes translated into system language for IT to proceed with. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, most of who work out of Flensburg. As part of the Quality and Service Management team, you will be working together with a team of 13 international colleagues from Danfoss and our external partners.
The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg, Germany with some time spent in Nordborg.
Background and skills
There is more than one way into this position, but for you to be successful, we expect you to cover the theoretical as well as the hands-on aspects related to the position. Experience in service delivery and processes are preferred (i.e. repairing customer product, maintenance, installation etc.). Experience in general business operations and accounting will also be a benefit.
Additionally, you need:
- Solid project management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS SharePoint.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
