Vi søger en dygtig og kvalitetsbevidst kok med erfaring fra restaurationsbranchen, der sammen med et engageret køkkenteam skal servicere BESTSELLERs medarbejdere og gæster i vores afdeling i Brande. Du skal have kendskab til brug af vacuummaskine, langtidstilberedning, brug af forskellige texturas eller sosa produkter, være innovativ men vigtigst af alt skal du have et lyst sind. Visionen I Gourmiddag er at levere en restaurantoplevelse I kantinen Kantinen i Brande tilbyder dagligt 1.200 af Bestsellers medarbejdere og gæster indbydende og varieret kost med vægt på den gode smag. Arbejdsområder: Bidrage med inspiration til sammensætningen af menuer – såvel kolde som varme retter, salater og vegetarmad?- Forberede mad til diverse middagsarrangementer?- Planlægge og udarbejde menuplaner?- Varetage indkøb af råvarer m.m. Det bringer du med dig: Det er naturligt for dig at levere kvalitet i dit arbejde. Du er fuld af ideer, når det kommer til lave spændende retter og menuer, både i det kolde og det varme køkken. Kvalifikationer: Uddannet kok. - Vi lægger vægt på høj kvalitet og høj standard og det er derfor vigtigt du har erfaring med a la carte restaurant, og er selvstændig, fleksibel og serviceminded. Arbejdstiden varierer, men er oftest mandag-fredag kl. 07.00–15.00. Der skal påregnes lidt aften- og weekendarbejde. Vi glæder os til at høre fra dig.
