For our Business Support (BS) Team in the Technology organization we are looking for a motivated Business Developer. The BS Team is responsible for supporting the Technology Head and his Leadership Team as well as the broader management of the Technology organization by executing and supporting projects and tasks regarding strategy implementation, organizational development, issue-handling and communication. What are my responsibilities? · Driving the definition and implementation of our functional strategic program · Supporting and challenging Strategic Initiative Leads to implement the Technology Strategy · Providing professional support for the Technology Management Team; executing ad-hoc tasks (e.g. structuring thoughts, data gathering, analysis, documentation and presentation preparation) also in collaboration with other departments · Supporting the Technology Management Team in developing the organization · Representing Technology organization in company-wide internal improvement projects What do I need to qualify for this job? · You preferably hold a Master degree within the fields of management, strategy, leadership, organization development, business administration, engineering management or similar fields but not required · You have a strong internal or external management consulting background including experience with structured problem-solving, project management and stakeholder management · You are familiar with change management and dealing with structure, process and people · You thrive in a multicultural environment and are used to work with cross-cultural teams · You possess strong interpersonal skills and are good at working together with different people · You motivate others through your positive and result-oriented way of getting-things-done · You possess strong communication skills and excellent English skills orally and in writing · You use MS PowerPoint and Excel as a Swiss-knife In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
