Our current strategic focus is digitalisation and additive manufacturing/low volume production. You refer to Head of AME, Jacob Dirks. ”Engaging with external stakeholders around the world such as universities and other knowledge institutions, you get a broad outreach. At the same time and as part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the leaders of our four centres of expertise within AME as well as the internal business development,” Jacob explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As a senior manager in Manufacturing Research, you become responsible for the discovery and development of new manufacturing capabilities outside and beyond our defined centres of expertise. You ensure effective participation in technology planning in your efforts to build a clear road map for technologies that ultimately benefit our manufacturing setup. Utilising our regional representation, you enter a global playground where you engage with external research partners and establish strong partnerships with suppliers, universities and knowledge centres. “You become part of a truly innovative environment where you get to use your engineering knowledge to ensure that our technologies are competitive on quality and costs,” Jacob says.
