About the department The IT Governance department comprises approximately 30 employees, is part of the responsibilities are implementation and roll out IT processes globally in Novo Nordisk, continuous improvement of the quality management system used for IT projects and operation and maintenance of IT systems. We are located in Bagsværd in Denmark. Because of the global reach in the job, you will be expected to travel up to 20 days per year. The job As Senior IT Governance Business Analyst you will play a key role in defining, implementing and rolling out IT processes to be used globally in Novo Nordisk. You are expected to take on the project manager role, ensuring that the processes fit the need of the organisation. These projects are cross-functional, have a high degree of complexity and will include stakeholder management at different organisational levels in the global Novo Nordisk organisation. You will also act as process expert for one or more global IT processes. In this role, you ensure the processes are well described, support the business and are understandable and continuously improved. You will have close dialogue with colleagues throughout the organisation. You will also participate in ensuring that Corporate IT have an adequate setup in case of inspections from authorities. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or economics. You have minimum 7 years of practical experience working with IT and have experience within IT project management, system management or IT governance. Experience in working with IT in a pharmaceutical company is a plus, but not required. You are motivated by planning and executing projects involving many stakeholders and to deal with divergent interests and cultural background. You are able to communicate with stakeholders at different levels. You can work independently as well as in teams and have a high level of drive and persistence. You are focused on delivering projects of high quality on time. Furthermore, you are analytical, structured and robust. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
