Then you might be our new Business Analyst for the Material Planning Process in CMC Business Support. About the department CMC Business Support is part of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Supply within the Novo Nordisk Research & Development (R&D) organisation. CMC Supply develops and produces new products and processes taking over from our research units and preparing them for regulatory approval, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. CMC Supply is organised in seven units of expertise supporting the entire drug development pipeline, from producing the active ingredient to packaging and delivery of products for our clinical trials. CMC Business Support is responsible for facilitation of the end-to-end value chain in CMC Supply. Our primary task is to drive and optimise the material planning and financial processes in our Development Projects. Further, CMC Business Support provides data analysis for CMC Supply management applying a basis for solid and accurate management decisions. You will join an ambitious and dynamic department with 11 highly skilled colleagues having various areas of expertise. We strive to optimise our value chain by applying simple solutions in a complex environment via IT, LEAN and good team work. The job As Business Analyst for the Material Planning Process, you will be responsible for driving and optimising the monthly CMC Planning process, in close corporation with CMC project managers and production planners, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of materials for the CMC project development pipeline. This includes verification, adjustment, balancing and communication of demand and supply data across the CMC business units, and facilitation of monthly demand meetings with our CMC project managers. Based on your insight in the CMC planning process you will be responsible for ensuring process compliance and alignment across CMC Supply through process documentation and process verification. Furthermore you will participate in cross-functional projects focusing on optimising and strengthening our CMC supply chain. Finally you will support the unit with various data analyses and presentations. Qualifications To succeed in the job you must be able to analyse planning processes related to supply and demand data, collaborate with stakeholders on various levels, identify improvement areas and continuously take action to ensure that standard processes are followed and matured. You probably have a Master degree within a relevant business education (e.g. M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management or engineering) or experience equivalent to that. As a person you are known for your ability to listen, analyse and set direction via strong corporation and change management skills, and you are able to communicate and collaborate at different levels within the organisation via in depth knowledge and understanding of the supply chain in a dynamic organisation. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency. You are result-oriented and like to be challenged.
