About the department RA IT Operation is a team in Regulatory Operations. We are responsible for maintaining a number of IT systems in Regulatory Affairs in compliance with regulations. The team is also involved in the design and development of new IT solutions for the line of business and supports the organisation with data to monitor performance of processes. The job As Senior IT Coordinator you show a strong drive for results and work independently with stakeholders to ensure high business value and quality of the IT solutions in Regulatory Affairs. One of your focus areas will be support to the change handling process in Regulatory Affairs and the role as technical process expert for the system used in Novo Nordisk (NovoGloW). You will also be responsible for driving minor IT projects and IT system releases, where tasks include specification, planning, testing/validation and implementation. You will apply your good understanding of IT architecture and data structures to identify opportunities for improving interactions between system and process, and for analysing and improving processes based on data. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree and have 5+ years of experience within IT system development and maintenance. You have worked with quality management processes in regulated industries and with project management. Understanding of GxP requirements and validation of IT systems is an advantage. You bring technical skills and business focus to the task at hand and translate user needs into value adding solutions that can be operated and maintained efficiently. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. As a person you are dedicated and a team player.
