Do you want to set the direction for Business Process Management in the LEGO Group?
Bring you Process Management skills and lead a great team of global process designers on an interesting journey.
Core Responsibilities
• In collaboration with stakeholders set the direction for business process management in the LEGO Group.
• Be the driver of the LEGO Process Portal (LPP) and this includes to ensure the governance of the LPP ie. configuration, maintenance and continuous development of the LPP.
• Lead the team of global process designers who are placed in different business units and is not a part of the same organizational structure as the LPP role to ensure a common approach and direction.
• Be able to change in views and functionality to continuously ensure that the LPP is user friendly and provide the right information in an easy and intuitive way ie. hands-on approach to modify our LPP
• Support our IT platform and reporting related to the LEGO Process Portal and our Integrated Management System.
• Training of super-users in all relevant information related to the LPP.
• Collaborate with our LPP designers and IMS Managers on the sites to ensure a common understanding and approach.
• We are a global team with many activities and other activities could be related to audits, reporting, Sharepoint designer or what is of interest.

In the Corporate Quality & Environment, Health & Safety (CQ&EHS) function, under EHS & IMS, the IMS Standards & Reporting team has following focus areas:
1) Through the LEGO Integrated Management System (IMS), we must strive to ensure that we at all times have our business processes and activities anchored in an effective, simple and globally implemented Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and FSC Management System, which continuously complies with the latest ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and FSC standards.
2) We report on all topics related to the Integrated Management System and specific processes.
3) We are responsible for the LEGO Process Portal which is the place for business process management and documentation.
Do you have what it takes?
• Degree, Diploma or Bachelor education in IT and/or communication.
• Working in an organization with many stakeholders.
• Should be very familiar with using the ARIS, Office and Sharepoint systems.
• Communication both written and verbally in a larger organization, preferably in an international company.
• High adaptability into new systems and situations.
• Robust and flexible and yet steady attitude.
• Be able to see the broader picture for the ones you collaborate with.
• Focus on delivering results and seek for the best solution
• Able to travel 20 days per year
And advanced - Level 13-16 (C1, C2) English, Danish
