Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...be part of our small Treasury team placed within the CFO area. The Treasury team is among other things responsible for the corporate funding arrangements, cash-management and financial risk management.

You will have responsibilities within one or more of following areas:

• Bank relationships
• Bank infrastructure and bank account management
• Developing and describing treasury processes
• Advising and management of trade finance / bank guarantee matters
• Counterparty risk assessment and mitigation

You will act as a specialist and advisor to the organisation regarding treasury-related aspects. You will work closely with other departments, e.g. Sales and Service, discussing and finding solutions to various financial aspects of our business offerings.

To succeed in the role, you have some years of experience within treasury, preferably from an international organisation, combined with profound theoretical knowledge within the area.

You thrive in a project-driven organisation and have knowledge of the financial market, products and opportunities. As a person, you are robust and able to advise and challenge the organisation on treasury-related matters.

We expect that you:

• Have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Have a structured workstyle with an eye for quality and details
• Able to manage a high workload where it is essential to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Have a flexible and cooperative mindset
• Possess a general interest in many different aspects within finance and treasury
• Hold a relevant educational background, e.g. Economic, Finance or Business Administration
