Dynaudio manufactures high-end Hi-Fi and our loudspeakers have won countless awards for their sublime audio quality. We are considered to be among some of the world\'s absolute best loudspeaker manufacturers, and we are proud of that! But you do not have to be a sound-nerd to join us.

In our R&D department which consists of 44 employees, we are responsible for the development of loudspeakers from the driver units to the final cabinet design. With reference to Sr. Team Manager, Morten Grubbe, you will become part of a team that consist of Electronics and Software Test Engineers, a Compliance Engineer, Mechanical Engineers and Technical Designers working to create the best framework for the development of highest quality loudspeakers in our in-house production facilities.

Your responsibilities

Your focus will be coordinating R&D activities related to active loudspeakers with build-in intelligent wireless systems, APP’s and much more. You mail responsibilities are:

• Technical coordination of software and hardware activities with our local team in Skanderborg and our external partners worldwide
• Together with Product Management define the product concept (functionality etc.)
• Secure specification level toward our partners
• Input to the Project Manager regarding time consumption on hardware and software activities
• Management of software updates on existing products

Working in SCRUM, you will be the project managers’ right arm and be the go-to for the technical aspects of developing new products for our external partners. Together with a System Architect, a Specification & Hardware Verification Engineer, a Software Test Engineer and a Compliance Engineer, you will work to develop and create premium quality speakers.

Moreover, you will be doing practical measurement, verifying that we have received the right deliveries and administrate Jira tasks. This to, coordinate and ensure the after sales follow-up along with our Customer Care Team.

Your profile matters

We are looking for a team-player who enjoys being the go-to person for many stakeholders. Hunting deadlines is a part of your nature; therefore, you have a structured and pragmatic approach to how you solve your tasks.

You will have a great advantage if you have a passion for wireless connected audio (via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).

Professionally, you have experience from a similar position and have a background as an Electronic or Software Engineer or the like. Since we’re a global organisation, you have excellent language skills in written and spoken English. You should expect to travel approximately 10-20 days per year.
