To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an additional Global Pricing Analyst to join our location in Nordborg. You will report to the Director of Global Pricing.
 
Accelerate Global Pricing initiatives in Danfoss Power Solution
As a Global Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible of developing and driving new pricing projects. You will support the pricing vision by identifying new opportunities to enhance Pricing Excellence initiatives and defining best practice. You will work closely with the regional teams and different Business Units pricing analysts to drive Pricing Excellence activities and ensure continuous improvement.
 
Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and implement pricing processes and policies that support the journey towards Pricing Excellence.
• Ensure high quality of pricing processes e.g. identify areas of improvement and define best practice.  
• Support the investigation and implementation of leading pricing tools and technologies, including areas like data analytics and machine learning.
• Develop and monitor pricing KPI that support price execution at global and regional level.
• Drive, participate and support implementation of pricing projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. 

Excellent communication skills and customer oriented thinking
You have a relevant Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree and some years of relevant business experience from the B2B industry. You have experience within project management, and you can prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives that have a significant financial impact. To succeed in this role, you need to have exceptional project and change management skills and understand the relationship between multiple stakeholders in pricing across the organization. Knowledge and experience with SAP (including Business Objects reporting) is a strong plus, as is fluency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
 
On a personal level, you desire to make a difference, and you are a good communicator at all levels, with abilities to influence behavior. You thrive in an international environment and have a quality mindset. Last, but not least, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
