What do we offer?

You will join the team in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) which is part of Corporate Finance and overall responsible for financial planning and performance management within the Operations and R&D area in the Grundfos Group. Financial Planning & Analysis Operations and Development is headed by Senior Director, Károly Nyári.

What is the job about?
As Senior Group Business Controller, you participate in a range of operational tasks as well as in our performance management projects. As a main task you will do product portfolio and project controlling in new product development projects, which are one of the most critical activities for our future success. Further, you do performance reporting for senior management teams as well as forecasting and target setting. Moreover, you will be part of management teams in the R&D organization as finance business partner.

What do you need to apply?
You have a Master's in Finance/Economics, paired with +5 years' experience within Business Controlling preferably from an international organisation with experience with financial planning and performance reporting. Also, you have experience with SAP ERP & BW and Microsoft Office applications, and if you have experience with project controlling, it is considered a plus. You speak and write English fluently.
