Do you have senior art direction experience within retail activation? Would you like to provide tactical and conceptual top of the game creative marketing by working cross-functionally and on all platforms to create global campaigns for a beloved brand with great values? Deliver key visuals and over-all vehicles for brand activation You will be responsible for the creative level and output in integrated 360 degree global activation campaigns. You are in charge of all deliverables and engage in creative and commercial sparring with clients and Creative Center department colleagues to secure the best creative output - or even exceed the client´s expectation. Other responsibilities include: Delivering top of the game creative solutions based on a thorough understanding of the LEGO® DNA - adding key value on ideas, concepts, execution and selling-in to the client Ensuring creative overview and lead 2-4 creative campaigns per year as well as coordinate and qualify creative output towards clients Partaking in ideation and helping translate shopper/consumer marketing knowledge and insights into tangible actions, including selling-in the background, story and reasoning to clients Leading projects conceptually where each project has a new team consisting of the best suitable resources, which may be based at any of our global hubs Being ready to relocate to work out of our HQ in Billund, Denmark, and travel approximately 20 days per year Creativity in everything we do You join a company that is renowned for its collaboration and creativity where your responsibility is to deliver high quality communication through well-targeted creative ideas that engage end-users and shoppers all over the world. Art Director who knows how to activate shoppers, end-users and your team members You will be challenged on your ability to drive and be on top of tactic and strategic projects where you might be the only resource based in Billund. To be able to facilitate this, along with delivering outstanding campaigns, you probably: Have +5 years of experience from an advertising agency in a similar position and the ability to speak and write English effortlessly Hold a proven track record of developing creative solutions with a sales effect - on your own and through a team - most likely gained from handling and executing 360 degree campaigns, giving you experience in thinking across channels to handle the market, marketing, in-store, print ads, tv-c Think outside that infamous box conceptually and are great at reinventing the mechanisms in retail activation Are a really great communicator, making it easy for you to manage projects where members are dispersed all over the globe and time zones Are independent, yet collaborative and understand the processes needed prior to taking action in a large organisation Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
