This is your chance to join Novo Nordisk, world leader in diabetes care, and become part of a dynamic and global environment within the SAP Logistic Solutions Area. We are looking for a SAP candidate with experience within PP-PI and Quality Management. The right candidate must be able to understand complex business processes end-to-end across systems to secure integration between systems and business areas.

About the department
You will be part of the Manufacturing Execution Solutions department which is one of three departments in Denmark, responsible for the SAP IT systems used in the logistic processes across Novo Nordisk. In total, the SAP community at Novo Nordisk counts more than 100 employees in both Denmark and India all providing SAP services to the global organisation across the value chain. We are closely engaged with the Supply Chain organisation within Novo Nordisk to identify and implement optimal solutions for the business. In addition, you will be working on a portfolio of activities and projects that will leverage the usage of SAP across Novo Nordisk.

The position
You will get the opportunity to work across the SAP Logistics area in a broad sense and specifically with the SAP PP-PI and QM modules. Your key responsibilities will fall into two primary areas: you will participate in strategic project initiatives of varying sizes and complexity, and will participate in system releases, working with both defining and implementing changes in close collaboration with you colleagues and line of business. A high level of quality must be ensured in our deliverables; you will therefore manage ITIL processes and adhere to all financial and GxP requirements. Limited travel activities shall be expected.

Qualifications
You have a strong conceptual understanding of, and experience with, the SAP Logistic landscape, and you have at least a couple of years’ experience with the SAP Logistics modules, preferably PP/PP-PI and/or QM. Your experience covers both technical elements related to configuration as well as a good understanding of the involved business processes. You also are familiar with writing functional specifications for ABAP developments, and working with users as well as developers to define a suitable solution.

You are well-versed in maintaining and building upon interfaces between SAP and other legacy systems, as well as experience within batch management. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions and are always willing to involve other people when handling risks and dilemmas. You are fluent in both written and spoken English. As a person you are a team player, have a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional and informal atmosphere. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, especially in working within GxP regulation.
