About the Department Novo Nordisk is one of the world’s most successful pharmaceutical companies. You will be part of a young, dynamic department consisting of 14 dedicated employees with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies or with previous Novo Nordisk experience. The Job You will personally be responsible for driving projects, and thereby the daily management of a project team of 2-5 members. The job offers frequent senior management interaction, leadership responsibility, and international opportunities. You will have the opportunity to plan and execute challenging projects together with your team while drawing on the collective knowledge of the entire department through frequent sparring. Projects include strategy, organisational development, and process optimisation. You will be exposed to different organisational units throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark and globally. You will build a strong global network and further develop your skills guided by our project tools and methodologies. We expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both the department and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications The person we are looking for has completed a relevant Master's Degree (economics, business administration, engineering or the like) with excellent results. Ideally you have 2-5 years of experience with project management, preferably from a well-reputed management consultancy. You are motivated by driving change and improvements involving multiple stakeholders at all organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing a team on your own. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
