Do you want to play a key role in our SAP Global distribution support team?
Do you have the mindset to support and develop the SAP Distribution area towards the existing as well as the future LEGO platform? And do you want to develop yourself within the SAP Distribution and logistics area? Then this could very well be your next position.
Core Responsibilities
In this position you will be the link between the business unit and our IT department.
Your primary role is to ensure a smooth coordination and collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders from all around the world.
You will be participating in projects/initiatives within the Distribution setup in LEGO to secure an optimal SAP integration with external warehouse providers (3PL), as well as supporting internal stakeholders working in the SAP Distribution environment.
Your tasks will thus primarily be:
• Project participation where SAP distribution resources are required
• Maintain and develop IT integration with logistic partners and other internal IT platforms
• Be an active member of our SAP distribution support team
• Execute change requests within SAP Distribution
• Conduct daily support within agreed area of responsibilities
• Drive and develop the existing Distribution platform

You will join a global team located in 3 different regions of the world, and with responsibilities within a mixed variety of tasks within logistics and interface solutions.

Do you have what it takes?
Your entry into this position could be from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences. Among your skillset, we do, however, expect the following:
• 3 to 5 years of expererience working with SAP SD modul
• Good communication skills, both written as well as verbal
• Solid understanding of and experiences working with EDI integrations
• The ability to work with many tasks at the same time and still be able to prioritize
• You are self-driven
• The ability to manage and interact with a broad variety of different stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Basic Excel skills
• Analytical flair and problem solving skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English – both verbally as well as in writing
In addition to the above it would be an advantage if you have some knowledge about logistics or warehousing from a previous position.
SAP SD modul will be your key focus area but having knowledge about other SAP moduls will also be an advantage.
As you will be engaging with stakeholders - both external and internal - basic presentation skills like PowerPoint presentation etc. would also be an advantage.
In this role you should expect some travel activities of approximately 10 – 20 days per year.
