Vestas Wind Systems A/S - Global IT / Center of Expertise The Center of Expertise (COE) ensures that business services and related solutions are appropriately designed, developed and optimized across their lifecycle and that the integrity of business services and related solutions are safeguarded. When development is handled by outsourcing partners COE interacts with sourcing partners / external vendors on development activities and related governance to ensure quality in the delivery and safeguarding of existing solutions. CoE ensures continuous improvement and utilization of applications in order to maximize value and reduce risk. Responsibilities: Your future challenge will involve: Ensure that the Vestas SAP CRM solution supporting marketing, sales, service, and interaction center functionality continuously meets business requirements by proactive and reactive development and testing of minor enhancements. Efficient and cost effective design and development of services where SAP CRM components are included by means of in-house maintained capabilities in combination with externally sourced services. Provide a consistent body of knowledge for evaluations of new opportunities, and accumulated knowledge of SAP CRM application design by means of: Governing all development and support activities to protect the integrity of the applications and eliminate conflicts between change orders and projects nsuring optimal utilization of technical best practice and technical optimization of existing applications Ensuring consistency and reuse of solutions by utilizing global standard solution designs and ensure existence and quality of documentation Communicate with Vestas business stakeholders and users to ensure successful execution of projects and changes Contribute to drive down total cost of ownership on SAP operation and maintenance On demand from Business stakeholders provide knowledge and expertise for consultancy tasks Provide 2’nd level support for Vestas IT's Application Maintenance and Support center on CRM solutions in order to keep a high level of service in this strategically important area. Coordinate and take the team leader role in connection to application development projects when needed. Participate in change advisory boards in the SAP CRM area. Qualifications: Master degree and 5+ years of experience working with SAP and SAP CRM applications either as an external consultant or as an in house consultant, preferably in a larger business setup . Competencies: You must have specialist skills in SAP CRM and you have a high level of technical skills. You have a broad knowledge on SAP systems and application components. You thrive in a role that entails a high level of coordination, cooperation, and collaboration.
