Good hairdresser with leadership skills
As a salon manager you are not only a good hairdresser who loves to cut hair, but alsoa motivator for your team. You will be responsible for staff and recruitment in your salon and is responsible to reaching the goals we set together. With time, your responsibility can grow to even more salons!

You are activeas a hairdresser, but also, responsible together with head-office, to set the schedule, and follow-up sales and employees.

You are independent and a part of recruitment, following your staff as a leader and motivator to help them, your salon and the concept to grow. You understand and believe that a great team andthe costumer-satisfaction is the most important part of all operations.

Day to day tasks:

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities

Requirements:

- Educated and experiencedhairdresser
- Ability to follow-up and motivate employees.
- Strong focus on team-building.
- Provenworkexperience as ateam leaderorsupervisor is a plus.
- Excellent communication andleadership skills.
- Organizational and time-managementskills.
- Decision-makingskills.
- Languages: English, and also a plus with Swedish, Norwegian, Danish.

Our concept is simple - we offer drop-in haircuts in 15 minutes for 299 DKK. Cutters do not offer services ascoloring, hair-wash, highlights, active promoting of products etc, which makes it possible for the costumer to get a great quality haircut in 15 minutes. The costumer even pay up front through out self service cashier! You can focus on what you do best -cut hair!
