Axel Arigato is currently carried by a select group of retailers as well as sold through the online store and London flagship store. Axel Arigato operates from the head office in Gothenburg. Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a Store Manager in our Copenhagen Store. You will be managing an energetic, vibrant team, marketing the store, driving sales, creating brand-building activities, handling customer service and administration, and stock allocating specific to your tailored market needs. The Store Manager is responsible for the sales and the results of the store and reports directly to the Retail Manager. Customer Service • To work with the Retail Manager to define customer Service standards and employee competence to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and offering a unique and memorable shopping experience in store. To be the epitome of what Axel Arigato stands for. • Responsible for sales team’s KPIs, Conversion, UPT, CRM, AOV. • Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the Axel Arigato consumer inviting them into our lifestyle. Operations • To work alongside the Retail Manager to report on sales, costs and business performance according to Axel Arigato requirements. • To assist the Retail Manager in creating new systems and developing programs. • To assist the Retail Manager with costs and overheads on all factors affecting the profitable performance of the store. • To work with the Operations team, allocating a stock package in meeting with your regions trend reports. • To hold quarterly focus groups with the Creative Team reporting your clients feedback and suggestions. Brand Focus • To run a store that holds a fun, engaging and friendly atmosphere within it. • To build and maintain a retail team that is confident in sharing ideas, plans moving our our company forward together. • Manage, motivate and develop employees through training and coaching weekly. • Develop personal skills through training and one on one’s in order to bring out the best in your team. • Acts as an ambassador for Axel Arigato and exhibits passion in all aspects of the role. • Communicates positively about the brand at all times. • Ensure relevant HR procedures are followed i.e. one on one's, discipline, records of conversations etc. Qualifications • Experience from leading a team of 5 people for at least 2 years, and experience from training people in sales and service. • Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand. Passionate about fashion. • Passion for retail and excellent customer service skills. • Sales driven and results oriented. • Great communication skills with a social and outgoing personality. • Be open to new ideas and receptive to constant development. • Ability to follow direction. • Demonstrates initiative. • Ability to prioritise. • Fluency in English required. • Proficiency in Excel / Word.
