Job ID: 111165 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time For our RDA team in Service’s Diagnostic Center we are looking for additional Remote Data Analysts / Technicians who can assist us in analyzing and solving errors and bugs on our fleet of wind turbines. The RDA team is like the rest of Diagnostic Intelligence working remotely on fixing issues on our wind turbines, thereby securing a minimized downtime for our customers. This is done from Service’s head quarter in Brande in close collaboration with the rest of the Service organization, R&D and the regional offices. What are my responsibilities? · Conducting the remote diagnostic of errors and defects on our wind turbines · Analysis and investigation of alarms and notifications to identify the root cause of the defects. · Preparation of proposals for error detection for the technicians on site with regards to the defected wind turbine · Presentation of technical product defects to relevant internal business partners e.g. on software-, hardware-, and design errors. Your qualifications will be maintained and developed through internal training, held by the engineering- and training department. Furthermore there will to some extent be onsite work concerning newly installed wind turbines. The Diagnostic Intelligence provides error detection 24 hours a day every week day. In order to meet our service level agreements, the position requires that you will be part of a team working in shifts (day/evening/night/weekend). What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an electrical or mechanical education and extensive experience working in the field as a Wind Turbine Technician. · As person you are analytical, detail- and result-oriented and possess the right drive. You are capable of working independently as well as in teams. You excel in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You are service minded and eager to keep the systems and the wind turbines running. · You possess good English skills both orally and in writing and you are an experienced it-user. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
