You will be responsible for fuelling the profitability and volume growth of the leading international brands Carlsberg & Tuborg across existing ExLiD markets and in new markets in close cooperation with Group Commercial, the ExLiD Business Units and the local Partners. Export, License & Duty Free is the company in Carlsberg Group responsible for export and license business in all markets, where Carlsberg has no breweries. We manage approx 10 mill. hl in 100 markets globally. ExLiD has an ambitious growth strategy and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic personality with strong marketing skills and business acumen to strengthen the organisation. We are looking for a Regional Manager with excellent commercial and marketing understanding with the key responsibilities of growing the ExLiD profit and brand equities in selected markets in Western Europe in cooperation with ExLiD's support functions (marketing, finance and customer service & sourcing). You will be part of a team responsible for the export and license business in Western Europe ExLiD. The total volume is over 2.5M HL. You bring a solid commercial understanding and focus on growth of the markets and continuous development of competencies. You are strong in building partnership relations and you are expected to drive our business by developing and implementing market and brand strategies & plans.
