For our Product Platform G2 Department we are looking for dedicated and skilled Project Scheduler. The Product Platform G2 Department is responsible for the development of the concept, design and specifications of new turbines. What are my responsibilities? · Development of an overall project time schedule for projects based on a reference time schedule Project specific adaption and optimization of time schedule · Coordination of the time schedule with the project · Controlling to meet target dates in the different disciplines and on site at regular intervals · Preparation of schedule reports, e.g. Critical Path and analyze possible consequences (risks and opportunities) · Preparation of schedule reports, e.g. Critical Path and analyze possible consequences (risks and opportunities) with develop mitigation and acceleration measures for the project in cooperation with the project managers discipline · Ensuring continuous schedule feedback from different project managers discipline and site staff, collecting of relevant schedule data, evaluating impact on progress, deadlines and contractual milestones and inform Project Manager accordingly and present deviation reports · Preparation of internal time schedule relevant reports, e.g. time schedule deviation analysis, S-curves, variance report, critical path report, resources, etc. · Preparation of monthly progress report for the client regarding the time schedule scope in the respective contract language What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a B.Sc. in Engineering or Project Management – it will be an advantage if you have experience from Project Management or Supply Chain Management · You have experience in the execution of projects and working with PM’s, Solution owners and Project teams cross functional and cultural · You have experience as scheduler for large projects (at least 1 year) · You have an external Certification preferably "IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Management Associate" or PMI, "Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®" · You thrive in and have experience from an international and intercultural organization · You possess the ability to work both independently and in teams · You are pro-active and have an analyzing and strategic approach to your tasks · You are able to drive the project and take responsability · You are not afraid to question decisions and ask the difficult questions · You possess strong communication as well as excellent English skills orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
