About the Position

As a Project Planner you will have a key role in supporting the Turbine Project Manager as well as compiling the Customer Supplied Documentation for our Next Generation Offshore turbines. 

What are my responsibilities?

In the beginning your tasks will primarily focus on support for the Turbine project manager. This covers e.g. updating time schedules, organizational charts, booking of meetings, Workspace administration, Teamcenter administration, monthly internal reporting, proactive follow-ups, coordination and communication with project team members and various governance tasks as well as key stakeholder alignment regarding different planning deliverables.
Your responsibilities and tasks will also include:

• Supporting the internal module project managers across the project 

• Booking and preparing data for project meetings

• Coordinating with the project team to accelerate tasks and resolve potential problems

• Preparing scenario planning with the aim of evaluating potential options

• Maintaining the accuracy of project plans according to the project objectives

As the project progresses your area of responsibility will also include the compiling of the Customer Supplied Documentation package.
Your responsibilities and tasks will then also include:

• Compiling the Installation manuals, Operating manuals and Service manuals etc.

• Compiling of drawings, diagrams, data sheets and specifications from designers based on customer requirements

• Continuously interaction with designers and understanding the project deliverables for documentation

• Act as interface to our technical writers making sure that they have the needed information to create and write the manuals

• Collecting and quality reviewing the documentation

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in projects and preferable also with documentation

• You have experience from planning and control environments

• You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Power Point) and MS Project 

• As a person, you are proactive with a detail and process-oriented mindset. Moreover, you have a responsible approach to your work, taking ownership for what you do

• You hold strong analytical skills demonstrated through the ability to plan and prioritize

• You are willing and capable of taking on additional responsibilities

• In this role it is a must that you have strong interpersonal skills as you will interact and work with people across the organization

• You can work in an international environment having excellent English skills, both orally and in writing

• When needed we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure that you are fully capable of performing the tasks and to support your continuous learning and development.
