Project Manager, Process Excellence, Bagsværd Novozymes is continuously aiming to simplify the way we work and become more agile. As Project Manager in the Process Excellence team (PEX) you will be driving improvement projects in many different functional areas, like Sales, Research & Development, and Corporate Functions (e.g. Finance). You will take on the responsibility to identify the key constraints in the targeted process, as well as designing high-impact changes in cooperation with key stakeholders. In PEX results are created by applying a situation-based combination of tools, within Lean, Six Sigma and BPR for improving the targeted process. This flexible approach is necessary due to the great variety of process areas being improved. You will report to the Director of Process Excellence. 20-30 international travel days per year should be expected. In this position you need to have: A Technical/Commercial educational background, preferably at Masters level Minimum 3 years of experience with improvement projects in non-manufacturing areas, that have made you capable of mapping, challenging and re-designing business processes Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and restructure complex problems Experience in planning, facilitating and conducting improvement workshops and trainings Superior written and verbal English skills, as well as excellent presentation skills Are you the next Zymer in our team?
