You drive successful market introductions In your new job you will be the main driver bringing together relevant information and stakeholders. You lead our cooperation with agencies and create key messages that are as simple as could be. You develop campaign concepts that are catchy, informative and with a strong call to action. You will be working closely together with Sales and Product Managers to gather information on new products while also ensuring that relevant market intelligence feeds into the future campaigns. Based on this you draw the detailed lines for a complete, seamless and coherent campaign in line with Oticon’s strategy and business objectives. You play a key role in the marketing organization and will be working together with some of the best marketeers in the industry. The nature of the role implies that you must be a good communicator and be able to liaise at all levels under pressure. Extensive campaign experience and commercial mindset In order for you to meet the requirements of this job, we expect you to hold a relevant MSc in Commerce, Marketing or the like. It is also paramount that you have at least 5 years of relevant experience from Marketing related position in an international context. Furthermore, you are a good match if you have: Experience from marketing agency or consultancy Considerable experience within campaign development and execution of international campaigns. Commercial excellence and Marketing excellence Ability to manage time and work under time pressure. Work effectively in a complex environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals. Experience in sales supporting marketing campaigns. International profile and experience Understanding of B2B sales within international organizations. Willingness to travel 20-30 days per year Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory. On a personal level, you are characterized by being a persistent, diligent, self-starter showing particular attention to get the work done. You have good people skills and are good at communicating. You thrive when you motivate project team members and maintain effective, positive relationships.
