Are you passionate about bridging the gap between online and retail? We are currently looking for a highly organised Project Manager with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to join our Omnichannel team in Aarhus. In this role you will be working with a small team and together you will be responsible for scaling our Ship from Store concept.

Department & team

In Omnichannel our job is to bridge the gap between online and retail for the customer and ensure a greater shopping experience in BESTSELLER, no matter brand, no matter channel and no matter country. We work with change management every day. We do things that have never been done before, we implement new procedures, we challenge existing solutions, we turn things upside down. We create new business. We are live with one or more of our concepts in +2,000 stores across 13 countries and 24 brands.

Specific responsibilities

• Manage implementation and introduction of new brands and new markets of our Ship from Store concept.
• Support local and central brand team in the ability to master ongoing training and support to the local stores.
• Keep a nearness to stores and brand responsible for Ship from Store and benefit from the learnings to refine our concept.
• Take ownership of the overall communication to stores, brand and markets on Ship from Store.
• Manage implementation of enhancements and upgrades of the concept.
• Support brands, stores and Customer Service in ensuring high customer satisfaction on Ship from Store orders.

Concepts that you will be working with

• Ship from Store primarily.
• Remaining omnichannel concepts secondly.

Desired skills & experience

• Bachelor degree in business, economics, communications, IT or related field
• 2-5 years working experience within project management.
• Retail and / or omnichannel experience would be a plus.
• You are a skilled organizer, who can structure, continuously adjust according to reality and at same time pay attention to detail.
• You should be fluent in both written and spoken English
• +24 travel days annually to be expected
