Working for Takeout Group, you will become part of an exciting growth journey. We have set out to provide our partners with an All-In-One and market leader SaaS solution to make it easier to enter a competitive market with a huge growth and potential. In the takeaway industry our contribution is to be responsible for all the necessary IT-aspects of daily operations, such as ordering process through web and app solutions, delivery services, invoicing, payment gateways, POS-terminals & integrations and much more. With already signed contracts for several major strategic corporations the future is already promising, but our ambitions reach further, and we wish to constantly develop our existing services and seek new opportunities.
We are hiring a Project Manager to join our IT team of professionals who develop and deliver our portfolio of B2B & B2C products for our International partners. The position is based in Nordhavn, Denmark.
We will help you to develop your talent and aim high as you work to change the takeaway industry. You will build up a track record of delivering innovative and reliable solutions, getting business requirements from international partners and transform these into specifications, manage both short and long project plans, delivering quality on time as well as within the scope of budget.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CTO, Head of Design, CTO and Product managers to deliver innovative solutions
- Use project management tools to ensure deliverables on time and within budget
- Convert business requirements from partners into tangible specifications for programmers/developers
- Ensure pro-active and close cooperation with stakeholders in our value chain to create maximum value for customers
- Ensure project processes are working smoothly end-to-end and supported by the right level of documentation
You will cooperate with the rest of the project team to fulfill partner deadlines within the budget. At the same time, you will participate in weekly customer and partner meetings and you are able to run several projects at the same time. It is therefore important that you possess high communication skills and master both the Danish and English language.
Your professional qualifications include:
- Bachelor or Graduate degree
- Experience with project management
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Knowledge of project management methods, such as Kanban, Scrum, Agile or similar
- You speak and write English and preferably Danish fluently
- Can handle multiple projects as the same time
You are commercial and customer driven with a result-oriented mindset with attention to details. You have a structured approach to your work and you have excellent communication and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders. Finally, you are a team player but can work and deliver results independently.
