TSS/ Service & Plant Solutions / Service & CIM Solutions / Service & CIM Project Management The Service & CIM Project Management department consists of a team of Project Managers that operates primarily across Service & CIM Solutions, but also across Technology & Service Solutions and Service with interfaces and cooperation with the entire Vestas value chain, external suppliers and partners. Project managers are responsible for managing a range of multidisciplinary projects related to Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) of installed Wind Turbines (multiple platforms), Platform projects and Repair, Service Optimization and After Sales projects. The Projects are handled from development of the business case, to the finished solution and/or product is released to the market. Responsibilities The key responsibilities include: Budget, plan and execute projects and work packages Document project deliverables and status Ensure delivery within time, quality and cost targets Interface with value chain and internal customers Develop and implement best practice project processes Contribute to Project Management expertise growth Input to communication strategy Business case compilation and project risk management Obtain financial approval for needed provisions to suggested solution Qualifications Engineering and/or business degree You have proven to be a successful project manager of complex cross-functional international projects. Experience with stage/gate models is a must and experience with Scrum is also preferred Experience with DMAIC improvement cycle, 6-Sigma and gate models would be an advantage Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations – across BUs, functions and cultures Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration – you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally) Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred Competencies Certified Project Manager (Prince 2, IPMA, etc.) Strong communicator – verbal and in written Fluent in English - written and oral Good analytical skills are required Technical interest and flair is preferred Proactive team player Self-motivated and target driven - proactive and enthusiastic with good attention to detail and willingness to take ownership What we offer We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading wind turbine producer.
