Responsibilities
The Domain Delivery Management Manager (D-DMM) is responsible for ensuring the project portfolio is managed and executed effectively. The DMM will achieve this through Practice Management (encompassing business management practices such as planning, forecasting, governance and profit and loss management), Delivery Management (focused on continuous improvement across delivery fundamentals) and by leading a seasoned team of Project Managers providing them with thoughtful coaching, role readiness, and career development and enrichment. Microsoft is looking for a leader who can coach great performances and partner with area teams to execute successful Digital Transformation projects with our customers while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrable years of related experience in services delivery and delivery methodology in the IT space.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; PMP preferred
- Executive maturity and ability to influence
- Problem solving, risk management, stakeholder management and escalation experience
- Ability to encourage teamwork and collaboration to drive business success and manage change
