Then we may have just the right job for you. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. About the department Clinical Operations, Semaglutide, is responsible for planning and conducting clinical trials within the diabetes area in close collaboration with other functional areas within Novo Nordisk and our affiliates all over the world. We are a team of more than 55 highly skilled and ambitious colleagues. The job As Project Data Manager you are overall responsible for directing and driving large global clinical programs within Semaglutide from a data management perspective. You will ensure that data management deliverables are met in time and at a high quality. You will lead and coordinate data management activities through trial planning, trial set-up and execution as well as supervise and evaluate the Data Management processes throughout the projects’ life cycle. In close collaboration with the manager of the data management operations team, you will support the data management team, currently comprising of 17 data managers in Søborg as well as the data management teams in Bangalore and Princeton. This entails to ensure progress and communication as well as create team spirit by contributing to a positive, challenging and inspiring working climate. You are also expected be able to instruct and mentor colleagues, consultants, vendors and stakeholders in Novo Nordisk data management processes. In addition you will contribute in cross-project/cross-functional tasks forces and improvement projects. Qualifications You have minimum five years of data management experience with one of the following educational backgrounds: MSc/BSc in Natural Science, IT or equivalent and you have a proven track record of previously successful conducted projects as project manager within clinical development in the Pharmaceutical Industry. You have at least 3 years of experience in use of information technology, preferably working with relational databases. Novo Nordisk uses the commercial software applications Oracle Clinical and InForm to facilitate data collection and validation. Experience with working with these applications is a plus, but not a requirement. You definitely have excellent overview, presentation and strong coordination skills. You have the ability to work in a complex environment with many stakeholders and parallel projects without compromising the quality of your work and that you remain high spirited, also when things are moving fast. In addition you are fluent in English, both written as well as spoken and the wish to work in a challenging international environment, as well as willingness to travel.
