Help us meet the internal demands for Project Administration and support to Non-clinical Project Managers. The Global Research Unit specialises in the discovery of biological medicines for the treatment of type 1 and 2 diabetes. We also discover and develop new innovative biopharmaceuticals for haemophilia and growth disorders. Furthermore, we conduct stem cell and beta cell regeneration research and other early-stage investigations aimed at finding a cure for diabetes, as well as exploring novel treatments for obesity and long-term, micro-vascular complications of diabetes. The Global Research Unit consists of app. 1.500 highly qualified Scientists, PhDs/PostDocs and Lab Technicians and we conduct our world class research from sites based in the Greater Copenhagen area, Beijing and Seattle. About the Department In the Submission & Study Support department in Non-clinical Development, you will be a key person supporting the Non-clinical Management group and our projects. The department consists of 11 colleagues who all are involved in support functions for the Non-clinical area. Look forward to a job where you will juggle with several IT programmes and have a central role in Non-clinical Development. The job The prime objective for you will be to drive the Non-clinical overview of project deliveries and milestones, resource planning and in general support the Management group in cross-departmental projects, within the Non-clinical area. Additionally you will support the Project Managers in planning of large cross-functional meetings, handling of consultancy agreements and CRO contracts for the Non-clinical area. Furthermore, your tasks will include financial controlling, people life cycle, quality and training, and other ad hoc tasks. Qualifications It is a requirement that you have a relevant education at least at Bachelor level, and at least a few years of experience. The all-important and indispensable requirement is that you have the right mind-set; are service minded and take pride in solving tasks dedicated and with a high level of quality. Besides, it is important that you are an experienced IT system user, have technical flair and maybe knowledge of Novo Nordisk A/S internal systems, such as SAP, Concur, ICE, CMS, Globeshare and novoDOCS. You are an advanced user of MS Word and Excel, and you easily navigate in these systems. You thrive in a hectic environment and do not lose your general view even when priorities change and you are compelled to readjust. The diversity of tasks requires a very structured proactive approach and ability to take on individual responsibility. Lastly, you have a good sense of humour, proficiency in spoken and written English and good communication skills. At Novo Nordisk, we create value by putting patients first.
