Norlase is a fast-growing medical device company within break-through technology of next-generation medical laser devices. 

The company was founded by some Danish and US serial entrepreneurs, and backed up by VC-investors. The company is fast growing, and have in a very short time, expanded from 3 to 11 full-time employees. All employees are very dedicated and highly skilled specialists within medical equipment. The company has recently moved to new production facilities in greater Copenhagen, with potential for further expansion.

Stillingsbeskrivelse:
If you dream of being a part of the next generation in medical laser devices, and to be able to make a difference within break-through laser technology, which will disrupt the market, this will be your great opportunity. 

You will be referring directly to the CTO, and be responsible for building up the production, as well as the daily management and planning of the production – both now and in the long run. In this position, you will be working closely together with the R&D engineers, to ensure that the production will be running to the highest standards. 

Since you will be the expert concerning the production, it will expected that you will be responsible for building up, developing and implementing new production procedures and documentation. The production will be up-scaled according to sales and demands. 

Servicing the production, is today one production technician and several engineers, and it is expected to grow up to 5 times, during the next 4-5 years. In the long run, it will be expected that you will be responsible for the actual production and planning and further development of the production. 

You will be working closely together with your colleagues, in defining and implementing new equipment for the production, and will be in direct contact with the suppliers of the equipment. It will also be your responsibility to have contact to the outsourced production abroad. Since the production is in the pharmaceutical area, it will be expected, that you have a good knowledge of regulations and standards from the Life Science area. In relation to your daily work, you will be working closely together with the VP of QA & RA.

You like working as a facilitator and as a contact person between development and production. At the same time you are a person that seeks possibilities, while being analytical and well structured. You have the ability to be self-motivated, and you have a good overview.

Sprogkundskaber / IT:
You speak fluently English and Danish, oral and in writing. If you have experience in in using ERP systems, it will be an advantage.

Løn:
You will receive a salary based on your background and experience level.

Erhvervserfaring:
It will be expected, that you have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar function, within complex and high technological products, where you have been responsible for the production, preferably from the Life Science area. 

It will be an advantage if you have good knowledge with the following standards and regulations: ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 etc., under which the company is working.

Uddannelser:
You have a background as an engineer.
