About the Position

For our Product Evolution department, we are looking for a Product Support Leader to manage WTG (Wind Turbine) product (platform) technical requests escalated by regions and coordinate Level 2 (L2) Global support technical resources its resolution when possible.
Lead escalation to Level 3 (L3), support Platforms and follow up and coordinate resolution according to requestor needs. This profile compiles and provides complete global perspective of each WTG product (platform) performance and support requirements. Additionally, the person selected will drive and support the implementation of Fleet Support processes within L2 global team in Denmark.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Understand the Regional Operational Engineering team escalated cases and projects, managing quality and priority of the cases escalated. Agreement of priorities with the Regions
  • Follow up the status of the cases both in L2 global and L3 Platforms (either Services, Onshore or OFFshore)
  • Ensure the region receives agile feedback of the cases escalated taking into account the operational experience available worldwide
  • Ensure proper and complete understanding of the problems affecting the product during its lifecycle untill resolution
  • Drive and coordinate implementation of the processes within L2 global specialist team in Denmark
  • Follow up of the cases in L2 global specialist in Denmark in coordination with global management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have a degree within Engineering
  • You have 3-5 years' experience on similar tasks
  • You have a general understanding of basic turbine technology
  • You have good communication skills
  • You possess thorough technical knowledge to be able to understand the support issues no matter if they are electrical, mechanical of software. (Understand them, not resolve them)

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
